By placing an order at Gentlemen’s Bay you warrant that you accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Gentlemen’s Bay for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.
The information you provide is only available to Gentlemen’s Bay will not be shared with other third parties. You have the right to inspect the information held about you. You always have the right to request Gentlemen’s Bay to delete or correct the information held about you.
Credit Card information is not stored by Gentlemen’s Bay and all card information is handled by 2checkout.com with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank.
Events outside Gentlemen’s Bay's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Gentlemen’s Bay is released from Gentlemen’s Bay 's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Receiving a refund
All correctly returned products will either be refunded to the purchaser's credit card, and will exclude the original shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items) of the order.
Please note refunds can take up to 10 days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. We have no control over this and buyer should be aware of their local customs duties ahead of time, and buyer to bear all such costs.
All of our products are backed by a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your piece, we will give you a replacement.
Warranty for our products is one year from purchase date. The warranty does not cover any damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, negligence, accidents, incorrect use and non-observance of the directions provided by Gentlemen’s Bay.
If we have shipped the wrong item or a defective item, you should notify us as soon as possible so that we can correct the error. Returns must be properly packaged. Clearly indicate what is wrong with the product and if you would prefer a new product or a refund.
Gentlemen’s Bay reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, Gentlemen’s Bay has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Gentlemen’s Bay shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
The first type of cookie commonly used is "Session Cookies". During the time you visit the website, our web server assigns your browser a unique identifier string so as not to confuse you with other visitors. A "Session Cookie" is never stored permanently on your computer and disappears when you close your browser. To use Gentlemen’s Bay without troubles you need to have cookies enabled.
